Thank you for shopping with Slumpi. Our goal is to provide high-quality sleep products that help improve your nightly rest. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
-The item must be unused and in its original packaging
-The item must be in the same condition you received it
-Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
To start a return, please contact us at slumpisleep@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used. These may include:
-Mouth guards
-Mouth tape
-Ear plugs
-Sleep masks
-Any personal-use sleep or hygiene products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
-Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
-Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, please contact slumpisleep@gmail.com with photos of the issue and your order number.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
